Oris has partnered with Okavango Air Rescue, a privately funded aeromedical rescue organization founded last 2011 in Maun, Botswana. This limited edition ProPilot of 2011 pieces is based on the Oris Big Crown ProPilot. It features a 41 mm multi-piece stainless steel case that holds a textured gradient green dial reminiscent of the grasslands of the Okavango Delta under its double-domed sapphire crystal. The dial has white and luminescent Arabic numerals as hour markers and obelisk-style hands. This watch has an angled coin-edge fixed bezel which resembles a jet engine's turbine. Similar design cues are evident on the caseback and screw-down big crown at the 3 o'clock position adjacent to the date window. A matching green textile MN strap created by Erika's Originals is secured with a stainless steel signed hook buckle. It also comes with an interchangeable luggage brown leather strap for a variety of looks. This watch has a solid caseback engraved with the limited edition number and one of Okavango Air Rescue's Pilatus PC-12 airplanes wherein underneath lies the Oris 751, a Swiss automatic movement capable of 38 hours of power reserve and is water-resistant up to 100 meters/330 feet. This limited edition Oris ProPilot also comes with a special presentation box.
