What is your return policy? We offer a 30 day return policy on new items that are unopened. Items must be in new unused condition in order to qualify for a refund. Any items that are used, altered, installed, or shows signs of use cannot be returned. All original packing materials, manuals, tags, and or accessories must be returned with the item. What shipping options do you offer? We offer shipping via all major carriers. Next day shipping will get delivered on regular business days (not Saturday). 2nd Day delivery will occur on regular business days or possibly on Saturday if the item is shipped USPS (carrier is randomly chosen based on weight and area). 2-3 day delivery will ship either USPS or FEDEX and delivery will occur during regular business days and possibly on Saturday if the item is shipped USPS (carrier is randomly chosen based on weight and area). Regular shipping occurs typically within 3-7 days based on your location and our fulfillment center from which your items are being shipped.
